As a Human Resource Administrator, you will be a key resource for a unique academic institution supporting 3500 students, and approximately 100 staff.

As an ideal candidate, you will administer FNUniv’s human resources programs and functions such as the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), pension and benefits, recruitment support, personnel record maintenance, event/program coordination and preparing human resource reports. Success in this position will require the ability to develop strong working relationships with other FNUniv staff, management and students. You will need to have a strong attention to detail and be discrete in dealing with confidential information.

Ideally, you will possess a diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Three (3) years of related experience providing administrative support, recruitment, scheduling and planning, and administering pension and benefits programs are required.
