Role Description The Executive Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic direction, operational excellence, and business growth across PTMA Financial Solutions. This position oversees key business units, manages senior leaders, and ensures alignment with the organization’s mission, financial goals, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and monitoring performance targets, guiding product and service initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with public sector clients and financial institution partners. The Executive Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance client experience, and improve operational efficiency. This role also leads budgeting and resource planning, supports risk management and compliance, and represents the company in high-level stakeholder engagements. Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing senior teams and guiding organizational strategy. Expertise in financial services, particularly treasury management, liquidity solutions, public finance, or investment advisory services. Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, including business development, market expansion, and product growth initiatives. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management, with a focus on measurable outcomes. Experience working with public sector entities and/or financial institutions, including managing complex stakeholder relationships. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements relevant to financial services. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, boards, and external partners. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, balancing collaboration, accountability, and independent decision-making. Advanced degree in finance, business, public administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Track record of leading change, driving innovation, and improving processes through data-informed decisions and technology adoption.
