Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Excavation Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with excavation projects, supporting site preparation, and ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to successful project completion. This is an excellent position for a young person looking to get into equipment work. We do site prepartion, lot clearing, spetin installation and landscaping. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and enthusiastic in helping to complete a variety of tasks.

Duties

• Assist with digging and trenching operations using hand tools and machinery under supervision
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Support the setup and dismantling of excavation sites, including safety barriers and signage
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety standards
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely progress of excavation tasks
• Report any hazards or issues encountered during work to supervisors promptly

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or excavation work is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and small machinery is a plus
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites is advantageous
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as required
