Talamore Mining is a Vancouver-based exploration and development company advancing base and precious metals projects across the Americas. Our flagship asset, the 100%-owned Coffee Gold Project in Canada’s Yukon Territory, is a high-quality gold project progressing through final permitting and engineering in preparation for a construction decision. Alongside Coffee, Talamore Mining maintains a portfolio of copper and gold assets in Chile and Mexico, supporting the company’s vision of building a diversified mining platform focused on responsible development, strong partnerships, and long-term value creation.
Role Purpose
Talamore Mining is seeking motivated and safety-focused Site Service Technicians to support the development and operation of the Coffee Project in Yukon Territory. The successful candidate will provide support across site services, construction, logistics, maintenance, camp operations, and general project activities to help ensure safe, efficient, and productive site operations.
Role Accountabilities
Performing all work in accordance with Talamore Mining's Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Identifying, reporting, and mitigating workplace hazards. Participating in daily safety meetings, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations as required. Maintaining all required certifications, competencies, and training requirements. Maintaining all required certifications, competencies, and training requirements. Assisting with the construction, maintenance, and upkeep of project infrastructure and facilities. Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times. Supporting camp operations, warehouse activities, material handling, and freight management as required. Perform other duties as assigned to support project requirements.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Valid Class 5 Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain site access requirements. WHMIS certification required or willingness to obtain. Standard First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset. Experience operating light equipment is considered an asset. Previous experience in mining, construction, heavy civil, industrial, or remote camp environments is preferred. Successful candidates must comply with Talamore Mining Drug and Alcohol Policy and all site access requirements.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a labour, construction, industrial, mining, or site services environment.
Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental stewardship
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment. Experience with material handling, site maintenance, housekeeping, snow removal, and general site support activities. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Experience working alongside contractors and multidisciplinary teams. Understanding of mining, construction, or remote camp operations is considered an asset.
Ability to work in varying weather and site conditions
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift as required. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to climb on and off heavy equipment safely.
Ability to work extended hours, shifts, or weekends when required
Work Location & Conditions
Location: Coffee Creek Project - Yukon Territories, Canada
Remote-based role with a preference for Yukon-based candidates Rotational work schedule (2 weeks on and off – 12-hour days)
Expected Compensation
$70,000 – $90,000
