About This Opportunity
The Manager, Cold Drink Equipment Customer Operations has the unique opportunity to develop short- and long-term cold drink equipment strategy with many of our largest Food Service on Premise (FSOP) customers including Wendy’s and A&W. Ownership of Departmental plans, business plans, coupled with organizational priorities will be in scope. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cold Drink Equipment Customer Operations, the successful candidate will manage a team of professional level employees, setting goals and supporting operational growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects of moderate to high complexity for many of our largest FSOP customers including new store openings, equipment installs and innovation implementation.
- Work closely with project leads, customer operations and analyst to deliver successful implementation and completion of customer initiatives as well as day to day operational needs
- Head multiple routines and meetings, with both customer and internal stakeholders keeping them on track to ensure success
- Act as a voice of the Customer Operations Team when interacting with other reporting functions, including the operational field.
- Manipulate large amounts of data, making informed judgements
- Ensure all reports, tools and routines are not only standardized but adaptable for future growth
- Monitor progress towards achieving team’s objectives
- Account for your team’s activities to Senior Manager of Equipment Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum work experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, operations and/or consulting, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry (including 1-2 years as a contributor)
- Experience in managing and supporting a team of direct & indirect reports
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, project schedules and forecasts
- Quantitative & analytical experience - strong understanding of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited systems including Margin Minder, SAP HANA, Microsoft Power BI is an asset
- Proven effective written, oral and financial storytelling skills
- Direct customer experience managing deliverables and expectations
- Project Management certification (PMP) is an asset
