Job Title: Change Management Lead Job Description The Change Management Lead develops and delivers end-to-end change management strategies for enterprise-scale transformation programs. This role focuses on ensuring organizational readiness, driving stakeholder adoption, and sustaining behavioral change across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Design and deliver role-based training programs and enablement materials that equip stakeholders with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to adopt new processes, systems, and platforms. Support go-live readiness by coordinating change management activities, preparing stakeholders for deployment, and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing operations through structured support models and knowledge transfer. Define, track, and analyze adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement by iteratively enhancing training content, communication plans, and change processes based on feedback, data, and lessons learned. Partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and external partners to integrate change management activities into program and release delivery plans. Ensure change management deliverables are aligned with release cycles, business priorities, and broader transformation objectives across the organization. Establish, develop, and leverage change champion networks to advocate for change, reinforce adoption, and support local engagement within business units. Set up and manage feedback mechanisms to capture stakeholder insights, monitor sentiment, and inform ongoing adjustments to change strategies and interventions. Collaborate with project management and PMO teams to align change management plans with project timelines, milestones, and risk management activities. Support transformation and platform implementation programs such as ERP, eProcurement, ordering systems, or customer-facing portals by embedding change practices into project execution. Work effectively within a cross-functional environment that includes multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and potentially regulated or operationally complex settings. Essential Skills 10+ years of experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise-scale transformations. Proven experience developing and executing change strategies across communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management. Demonstrated experience supporting platform implementations such as ERP, eProcurement, ordering systems, or customer-facing portals. Strong expertise in conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to inform change strategies. Hands-on experience defining, tracking, and analyzing adoption and performance metrics for change initiatives. Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience integrating change management activities into program and project delivery plans, including coordination with PMO and project management teams. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and build alignment across leadership and operational teams. Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments such as fleet, automotive, logistics, or financial services (preferred but not required). Professional certification in change management, such as Prosci or ACMP, or equivalent experience (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in change management methodologies and frameworks, including Prosci or similar approaches. Experience with go-live readiness planning and post-implementation support for large-scale transformations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience preferred. Experience working on enterprise-scale transformations in complex environments, including ERP and other large platform implementations. Familiarity with transformation programs, PMO environments, and project management practices. Experience working in regulated or operationally complex industries such as fleet, automotive, logistics, or financial services is an asset.
