The Opportunity As a Senior AML Consultant, you will play a key role in validating and deploying next-generation AML and Sanctions technology solutions supporting innovative crypto products. You will work alongside business, technology, and compliance teams to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, production-ready, and aligned with regulatory expectations. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining AML expertise, project management, technology, and analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end coordination and manage deployment of new AML Technology, AI, and Analytical tools and platforms. Design comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, detailed test cases, and test execution documentation for AML monitoring and Sanctions platforms Perform system, data, functional, and user interface (UI) testing. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Provide regular project updates and communicate risks, issues, and testing progress to stakeholders. Demonstrate ownership, leadership, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications University degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years of work experience in AML transaction monitoring, customer risk, sanctions screening, and KYC controls. Experience testing AML, Sanctions, and KYC technology platforms, including system, data, and UAT testing. Strong knowledge of AML data quality and Sanctions list management. Demonstrated project management and business analysis capabilities within AML and Sanctions initiatives. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications Experience within cryptocurrency, fintech, digital assets, or payment companies. Experience with SQL and Postman UI testing utilities Excellent communication skills
