What You’ll Accomplish With Us As a Business Development Specialist , you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Support and execute strategies to grow the client base and acquire new accounts.
- Identify and engage potential retailers, presenting solutions and offerings to new and existing clients.
- Assist with account setup, documentation, and coordinate installations and follow ups to ensure efficient onboarding.
- Maintain ongoing contact with retailers to support transitions, facilitate meetings, and help resolve operational issues.
- Conduct exit interviews, perform follow ups, and support retention efforts for vulnerable or former clients.
- Monitor compensation, loan agreements, and ensure effective oversight of retailer accounts.
- Support risk management activities and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Represent iA Dealer Services at industry events; assist with planning, budgeting, and building strategic relationships to expand our network.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support the onboarding and training of internal and external partners.
- Respond to internal inquiries, collaborate across teams, uphold professionalism, and ensure the timely preparation of reports and expense claims.

- Has 2-3 years of experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related field.
