Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager at our Martensville, SK location. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. Manage capital projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, budget, and timeline requirements. Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team, including hiring, performance management, coaching, development, and employee relations. Ensure equipment, maintenance practices, and work environments meet all regulatory, corporate, and safety standards. Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement through training and process optimization initiatives. Manage maintenance purchasing, parts inventory, maintenance documentation, and reporting requirements. Qualifications: Journeyman Certification, Engineering Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems, including boilers, steam production, and HVAC. Proven experience managing capital projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
