Job Description Delivery Specialist – Audi Royal Oak Due to a recent promotion, Audi Royal Oak is looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our team. What You’ll Do
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles with professionalism and attention to detail
- Configure In-Control systems and complete all delivery checklists
- Ensure every vehicle is inspected for quality and cleanliness before handoff
- Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction and answer questions
- Assist with transport drop-offs, vehicle movement, and demo organization
- Handle plate registrations and home deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
