About the Role
As an Internal Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on internal work orders, ensuring all work meets Volkswagen’s and Pfaff’s standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform internal vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Support the service team in achieving customer satisfaction and efficiency goals
What We’re Looking For
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License (Required)
- Previous experience as an automotive technician (Volkswagen experience an asset)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A commitment to quality and customer service
