About The Warfighter Research Foundation

Research Services
11-50 employees
Founded in 2026

Warfighter Research Foundation [WRF] advances research, development, evaluation, and implementation efforts in military health, human performance, readiness, technology, operational medicine, and other applied areas that address the needs of the warfighter community. Founded by individuals with a direct understanding of military medical, clinical, and operational environments, WRF connects scientific planning, regulatory strategy, clinical and field-informed execution, evidence generation, and transition with the realities of military service, care delivery, and operational use.

FULL-LIFECYCLE EXECUTION SUPPORT. We work with investigators, academic teams, industry partners, and military collaborators to translate concepts into structured, fundable, and executable programs. WRF manages the complex mechanics of program execution across a structured lifecycle: o Concept & Technical Strategy Development o Proposal Planning & Funding Support o Study, Test, and Evaluation Planning o Regulatory & Compliance Readiness o Award Activation & Execution Coordination o Field-Based Execution & Operational Evaluation o Transition & Practical Application

BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD ASSESSMENT. Research and development must be evaluated in relation to the settings where they are intended to function. Operating within the broader ETI ecosystem, WRF moves projects beyond traditional office or laboratory analysis by connecting teams to purpose-built, real-world evaluation environments. Our partners have access to operational testing infrastructure configured around practical conditions, including: o A 156,000 SQ FT Indoor Training Space o 40+ Acres of Wooded Terrain & a 75-Meter Flat Range o A 1.5-Mile Off-Road Track & 3 Surveyed Drop Zones

By grounding scientific insight in operational reality, WRF ensures that critical capabilities, training, and evidence building efforts are developed with a true understanding of the systems responsible for protecting and sustaining the force.
