Are you interested? We are looking for our next Evening Traffic Clerk to join our Canadian Customs Department in Montréal.
This position requires a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM during the probationary period. The regular schedule after the probationary period is 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM in teleworking.

Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and process all documents entering our document management system
- Open and update customs files
- Perform data entry in our different operational systems
- Follow up on customs files
- Assist colleagues with clerical tasks
- Respond to internal/external client inquiries
Profile:
- Bilingual speaking English and French to communicate with clients and colleagues across North America
- Has similar work experience
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams
- Positive, proactive, and responsible
