Why this role is important?
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful self-starter with a positive demeanour to join our dynamic team. The Sr. HR Coordinator will support two Senior HR Business Partners coordinating and following through on various Human Resources activities and projects including Company-wide HR programs/initiatives within the Healthcare Businesses.

What You'll Do:

Day to day partner with client group to provide advice and counsel to colleagues on HR related issues and concerns. Liaise with payroll and Colleague Support Centre as the need arises to resolve colleague inquiries

Support the roll out or maintenance of various HR programs/initiatives (i.e. assessments, culture, colleague engagement survey, performance development, monthly reporting, orientation, administration of our annual merit and incentive process)

Provide advice, direction, and support to the client group with employee relations issues, including company policies & procedures, recruitment & selection strategy, performance management, job evaluations, terminations, training & development and benefits administration

Organizational structure updates: HRIS updates, manage org charts, support the recruitment process to ensure data accuracy with respect to job changes within HRIS (Workday)

Own data accuracy within HRIS for respective client groups

Resolve critical colleague issues. Research answers and make inquiries of HR related matters

Ensure legal compliance by assessing and implementing applicable HR federal and provincial requirements; assist with conducting investigations

Contribute to continuous improvements & standard methodologies to influence human resources strategies

Assist HRBP with research, analysis and implementation of programs, reports and projects as required
What You'll Need:
-
Post-secondary education preferably in Human Resources and acquired (or working towards) HR Management Certification
-
3 – 5 years wide-ranging HR experience; experience owning end-to-end programs is a definite asset

Outstanding interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), follow-up and problem-solving skills
-
Advanced analytical skills, highly organized and proven attention to detail
-
Strong integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
-
Strong digital literacy. Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook and Visio. Knowledge of Workday is an asset.

Exceptional commitment to customer service with solid sense of accountability and personal dedication

Highly motivated, self-starter, requiring little direction, ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Must be willing to travel to offices in Mississauga and Toronto
