Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Quality; the Quality Administrator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, maintaining and supporting all the mandatory elements of TCT’s ISO9001 Quality Management System and fulfilling the company document control function. He/she is also responsible for the following duties.
Duties:
The duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Apply Organizational Structure changes to Management System documents in order to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide updates and changes to the Interactive Management System structure and content as directed by the Manager, Quality.
- Provide a centralized Document Control function for the company, this will include Management System document updates, upload, review and control of Company Forms and Production Work Cards.
- Take ownership and control of Production Work Cards and Disassembly Tag printing, organization and distribution to production teams.
- Support the Quality Coordinator in organizing and maintaining calibration records for all calibrate equipment.
- Support the collection and organization of the Customer Feedback process, including monitoring customer responses and metric reporting.
- Actively participate and support TCT’s Internal Audit Program.
- Coordinate the control and safe storage of company drawings, including hardcopy and electronic formats.
- Support the Quality Coordinator in effectively managing OEM portal and documentation updates issues by the OEM.
- Coordination, control and review of the company archive process.
- Control the company technical Stamp Log and issue/retrieve stamps.
- Assist the Manager, Quality with the development and preparations required for delivery of Management Reviews and other QHSE presentations.
- Support the collection and maintenance of company Quality performance metrics.
- Increase knowledge of QHSE Policy/Manuals and maintain a positive attitude towards the health and safety of myself and my coworkers.
- Take ownership of QHSE issues and demonstrate enthusiasm and support for HSE.
- Other duties as directed by the Manager, Quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
The minimum training and/or educational requirement for this role is 1-year related experience or a combination of education and experience that allows the individual to adequately perform the role, determined by the Manager, Quality.
Flexibility and adaptability are of prime importance to TransCanada Turbines. It is important that all employees are willing and able to assist with any activity, at any time, as necessary to support the needs of a changing and dynamic organization.
