About the role: We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Design System Specialist to join a leading global banking client in Mississauga, ON.
🔹 What You'll Do Create, maintain, and scale enterprise Design Systems and Component Libraries Define UI standards including typography, colors, spacing, components, and patterns Build scalable design assets using Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Component Properties, Design Tokens) Partner closely with Angular/React development teams to ensure design consistency Document component usage guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices Drive UI consistency across multiple products and platforms Review and improve adherence to Design System standards across enterprise applications Champion Accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
✅ Required Skills Strong experience with Enterprise Design Systems Expert-level Figma Design Tokens Auto Layout Variants Component Libraries Design Documentation Accessibility / WCAG UI Standards & Governance Design Operations Enterprise Product Design
⭐ Preferred Background Banking / Financial Services Large Enterprise Product Organizations Experience collaborating with React and Angular teams
Note: Looking specifically for candidates with hands-on ownership of enterprise Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Accessibility-driven design initiatives.
