Location: Toronto, ON
Schedule: 12 hours per week (approx. 4 days, 9 AM–12 PM, flexible)
Reporting to: Executive Assistant to Canada President
We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join Kraft Heinz and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team in a flexible, part-time role. You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant to deliver top-notch administrative support that keeps our operations on track.
What’s on the menu?

Provide day-to-day administrative support under the direction of the Executive Assistant.

Arrange travel bookings as needed.

Manage and complete expense reports accurately and on time.

Handle basic scheduling of meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating logistics.

Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Perform data entry, maintain organized filing systems, and keep internal records up to date.

Assist in internal communications and general team coordination if required. Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Proven ability to handle administrative tasks in a professional environment.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Comfortable collaborating within a team and supporting multiple priorities under direction. Reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced work setting.
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
- This position is onsite at Queen’s Quay Terminal. Approx. 12 hours per week, across 4 mornings (9 AM–12 PM). Exact hours can be discussed with the successful candidate.

Compensation: $50,000 annual full-time equivalent rate, as this position is 12 hours/week, the salary will be $16,000 per annum.
