Senior Advisor Third‑Party Accreditation and Governance
About the role
A career as a Senior Advisor – third Party Governance in the residential financing team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in governance and strategic management of external partners. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on performance, compliance and value creation for the organisation, thanks to your expertise in contract management, third-party governance and risk management. Your job Manage the entire lifecycle of contractual agreements, from analysis to performance, in collaboration with internal stakeholders Ensure third-party governance by applying best practises, monitoring performance and ensuring sound risk management Influence the orientations of internal sectors in order to optimise partners' performance and achieve strategic objectives Act as the main point of contact with external partners for managing, monitoring and developing agreements Analyze risk issues, make lasting recommendations and follow up on action plans Help optimise the value, costs and processes related to partner accreditation and certification Your team You are part of a team of 6 colleagues in the Accreditation and third-Party Governance, residential financing sector and report to a Senior Manager. Prerequisites A related degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience Solid experience in third-party governance, contract management and performance management Expertise in managing risks related to external partners Have held a senior advisory role with management or strategic stakeholders Master partner performance monitoring and governance processes and tools
