Position Summary
The successful candidate for this full-time, temporary position will work with a team of Human Resources Assistants who work collaboratively to support the business payroll recruitment and staffing function in Human Resources Consulting.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
-
performing complex administrative and clerical duties relative to custodial, exempt, maintenance and support staffing
-
entering data and processing applicant and employee information and generating and monitoring reports

preparing staff changes related to hiring, transfers, administrative placements, temporary biweekly status and reclassifications
-
preparing hiring documentation including benefit eligibility and new staff orientation
-
preparing, revising and verifying data relative to custodial and support staff seniority
-
preparing advertisements and retrieving and reporting on applicant activity for internal and external competitions
Education/Qualifications
Rate of Pay
$29.44 per hour
