WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management and/or dental administration Well versed in Tracker dental management software Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook) Strong and resilient leadership - capable of managing approximately 15 administrators in a large dental practice Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset

SCHEDULE:

40 hours per week
