Big Freight Systems is looking for a Fleet Manager to join our growing team. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for the activity of a group of Class 1 Drivers, and to effectively communicate while keeping organization of their fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day information of an assigned fleet within the TMS System
- Effectively communicate, in a timely manner, with the driver population
- Relay communication from drivers to the other stakeholders
- Maximize availability and utilization of the drivers
- Ensuring full compliance and adherence to all rules and regulations by your fleet
- Retentions of driver though relationship building and trust
- Manage inputs into the operating software accurately and timely reflecting your fleet and customers
