In This Role, You Will:

Clean units under construction both inside and out
-
Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage
-
Performs tasks including drywall patching, paint touch-ups and caulking
-
Performs intense physical labour on a daily basis
What You Bring:

Organized with attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required
-
Ability to lift 35 pounds
