About the role
As a Real Estate Advisor, you help prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. This includes services related to the sale, purchase and renovation of residential buildings. You provide support for new DuProprio enrollment requests to build and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You drive results by reviewing requests for information on specialized products and services and promoting and selling them to meet clients’ needs and help achieve your unit’s business objectives. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
- Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle client needs and compile and analyze data. Handle requests and follow up as needed.
- Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.

What you bring to the table
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to work five days per week, including one evening per week and two weekend days per month
