Job Overview
Position Overview: Dashboard Instrument Cluster is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee and optimize daily office operations. This leadership role requires a proactive professional who can manage administrative processes, support customer service operations, coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments, and ensure efficient workflow throughout the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow between office and warehouse teams.
- Manage customer communication, ensuring professional and timely responses to inquiries via email and phone.
- Oversee order processing, invoicing, and documentation related to sales and shipments.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping operations.
- Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and administrative systems.
- Monitor performance of administrative processes and implement improvements when needed.
- Maintain accurate business records, reports, and internal documentation.
- Assist with conflict resolution and customer service issues when escalated.
- Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and general office resources.
- Support management with reporting, operational planning, and process improvements.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in office management, operations management, or administrative leadership.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing office procedures, customer service, and administrative staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and business management systems.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, shipping systems, or order management is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- EBAY EXPERIENCE , WOOCOMERCE EXPERIENCE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING EXPERIENCE
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS NEED IT
Work Environment:
- Professional office environment supporting an automotive electronics and e-commerce business.
- Fast-paced setting requiring strong organization, leadership, and attention to detail.
Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
