About the role
Assignment:
- Full-time 1.0 probationary teaching position
- Course load to include:
- Grade 7 Homeroom , ELA, and Mathematics
- Grade 7-9 Social Studies, CTF, Wellness, and Physical Education
- Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year
Qualifications:

Experience working in relevant courses as mentioned above would be considered an asset

Collaborative, community-minded team member with a holistic Physical Education and Wellness approach within the grade 7-9 teaching team

Strong interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment

Experience working collaboratively with classroom teachers to support the development and delivery of programming for students with diverse needs

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of special and individual needs

Strong classroom management skills
