About the role

Reporting to the Registrar, the Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient operations of the Registrar’s Office.

The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all documentation processed through the office and serves as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent and precise information management.

The Administrative Coordinator will, among other duties:

  • Respond to inquiries directed to the Registrar’s Office via telephone, mail, email, and in person;
  • Provide administrative support to the Registrar, Education Managers, Directors, and other departments as required;
  • Review and update student policies as necessary;
  • Maintain and organize digital departmental records, including student files, course materials, and administrative documentation;
  • Collaborate with Program Coordinators to prepare and manage student return plans;
  • Coordinate the collection of course information from Education Managers and Directors to assist in developing the academic timetable for the Registrar’s Office.
  • Prepare and verify graduation lists and ensure graduation requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Moncton, NB.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication (written and verbal).
