What You Will Do The HR & Data Analytics Co-op will support the Human Resources team by helping to manage employee data, assist with reporting, and contribute to process improvements. The role will focus on collecting and analyzing HR information to help the team make informed decisions and improve daily operations. This is a 4-month work term. In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Assist in updating HRIS, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data to support decision-making and process improvements
- Assist in developing dashboards and visualizations for HR metrics and trends
- Design, build, and maintain regular and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Identify data patterns, trends, and insights to inform HR strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Support data integrity and quality assurance processes for HR systems and analytics
- Contribute to projects focused on HR process automation and data-driven improvements
What You Will Bring
- Currently pursuing a College Diploma, or Bachelor's Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience or coursework in data analytics, HR, or related areas
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR and/or Data Analytics
