About the role

Temporary Full Time

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto.

The Manager, Wealth Solutions PDP is a temporary role, with responsibilities carrying through to approximately July 31, 2026. This role will support a specific initiative that will involve the pricing of our Individual Wealth funds products (mutual funds and segregated funds). The role is critical in ensuring the current and future high net worth pricing programs for our funds products operate effectively.

What you will do:

  • Support an important initiative involving business units across Individual Wealth and our shared services through to its completion (estimated mid-2026)
  • Develop ways to efficiently manage client and advisor data spanning our entire block of Canada Life mutual funds and segregated funds, both historically and going forward
  • Develop models to perform fee calculations, intended for use largely as a validation tool for the calculations performed by our systems
  • Contribute towards the development of tools and processes for use within the administration of our current and future high net worth pricing programs
  • Time permitting, support the development of our future high net worth pricing program through data analysis and modeling

What you will bring:

  • Advanced technical skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel (including VBA and/or Python)
  • Proven capability as an independent contributor
  • Strong communication skills, including capabilities in working with individuals across diverse business and technology backgrounds
  • Able to work as part of a large initiative, including providing and accepting feedback, adjusting to changes as required, and delivering towards defined timelines
  • Experience with funds products is an asset, but is not required

The base salary for this position is between $93,400 - $162,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
