- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring training content and feedback are actionable and precise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in hedge fund operations, with hands-on knowledge of trade reconciliation and portfolio management analytics.
- Deep understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and industry-standard platforms.
- Proven track record of collaborating with trading or hedge fund teams in high-paced environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail when reviewing or creating operational documentation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data annotation concepts is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training or mentoring teams in a financial services or trading environment.
