Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Technical Lead to join their team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.

Act as the technical lead for complex ServiceNow platform initiatives and CMDB implementation projects. Design and maintain CI class structures, CMDB data models, relationship models, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and source precedence. Configure and support ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IRE, and Service Graph Connectors. Develop and maintain integrations using Import Sets, Transform Maps, Integration Hub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, scheduled imports, and scripting. Support Azure cloud discovery and cloud-to-CMDB integration, including data ingestion, reconciliation, and relationship mapping. Monitor and improve CMDB data quality through governance, remediation processes, and best practices. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure accurate configuration management and alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of recent experience designing, implementing, configuring, or supporting ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. Minimum of 3 years of recent hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IRE, and/or Service Graph Connectors. Proven experience leading ServiceNow CMDB implementation projects or serving as a technical lead on complex ServiceNow initiatives. Strong experience integrating Azure cloud resources with ServiceNow CMDB, including discovery, ingestion, reconciliation, and relationship mapping. Demonstrated expertise defining CMDB data models, CI class structures, attribute mappings, relationship models, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and source precedence. Hands-on experience configuring Import Sets, Transform Maps, Integration Hub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, scheduled imports, scripting, and data quality remediation processes. Must have resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years.
