This Senior Analyst role is an opportunity for someone with two to three years of M&A experience, who wants to make a real impact on the most entrepreneurial segment of deal-making in Canada.

Responsibilities: Broadly, you will play a critical role in our mandates, from the first pitchbook prepared for new prospects all the way to a successful close. You will be helping craft the deal stories our deal team tells the world. Your scope is wide, demanding, but fulfilling.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, having graduated near the top of your class.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, management consulting or similar transactional services; preferably direct experience on sell-side mandates
- Outstanding ability to digest large amounts of data and build clear, concise narratives; preferably solid experience in building pitches
- Exceptional curiosity.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
- High standards of professional and ethical conduct.
- Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
- Ability to take initiative and function independently.
