Service Manager – Powersports & Marine

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Powersports & Marine Service Department, representing industry-leading OEM brands including Yamaha and Suzuki. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to oversee service operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a growing division.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the powersports & marine service department.
• Manage and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with OEM standards (Yamaha, Suzuki, and other leading brands).
• Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability.
• Implement best practices for workflow efficiency, scheduling, and warranty processing.
• Coordinate with parts, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth client experiences. Maintain compliance with OEM guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in powersports service management or leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of PBS dealership management software.
• Previous experience with Yamaha & Suzuki is a strong asset.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate a team while managing departmental performance. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
