About the Role: As a CBRE Program Coordinator, you'll be a vital force behind the seamless execution of our strategic programs. You'll empower the program team by meticulously preparing essential project documentation, orchestrating critical meetings and communications, and skillfully aligning vendors and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Your proactive approach will keep projects on track as you monitor progress and provide crucial support in financial reconciliation, ensuring operational excellence.
This dynamic role is nestled within our Program Management function, where you'll contribute directly to guiding initiatives from their inception through to successful completion, shaping the future of our projects and making a tangible impact.
What You'll Do:
Process documentation for program commitments. Obtain external quotes for processing.
Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with vendors and stakeholders.
Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding programs amongst teams and stakeholders.
Assist with contract administration. This includes attending meetings, preparing correspondence, and tracking deliverables.
Enter program information and data into program management technology tools.
Track program milestones, budgets, and resources. Prepare and distribute regular program status reports.
Process invoices and expense reports. Assist with program financial administration and reconciliation.
Assist the program closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Program Coordinator position is between $66,000 annually and $73,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
