YOUR IMPACT

OpenText is creating a new Global Command Centre at our Waterloo headquarters, which includes a Network Operations Centre (NOC) and a Security Operations Centre (SOC). As a Duty Manager in the Network Operations Centre (NOC), you’ll lead a talented team dedicated to keeping our critical infrastructure and services running smoothly. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence, driving improvements, and delivering outstanding experiences for both internal teams and external customers.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership—balancing day-to-day execution with a long-term vision to help scale and transform our operations.

The Global Command Centre is central to OpenText’s future as we integrate AI-driven capabilities and advance our “OpenText Trusts OpenText” strategy. This is your chance to help shape the future of operations at OpenText.
