We are searching for an experienced Confidential Billing and Expedition Clerk at our Brantford facility.

Duties And Responsibilities Prepare shipping orders.
Validate the completion of orders.
Validate pending orders.
Ensure accuracy of transport trucks.
Schedule shipments by transport and courier.
Schedule deliveries with our fleet of trucks.
Have good organizational and teamwork skills.
Be able to invoice customer orders.
Distribute customer invoices accordingly (mail, fax, e-mail, scanning, etc.).
Perform basic accounting tasks (debits, credits).
Verify documentation (proof of delivery, release receipts, etc.).
Scan documents and perform data entry.
Be able to respond to our customers on site and hand over the merchandise.
Be involved in the planning of the production of purchase orders according to traffic.
Other related duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications / Requirements 1-2 years of related work experience.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
Understand the accounting principles and practices, invoicing, and processing of payments.
Advanced Excel skills are a must have, candidate must be able to use software to complete analysis and complete various reports.
Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and co-workers.
Excellent organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Must demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter and have the ability to work under tight time constraints.
Previous experience working in a high-volume environment would be considered an asset
Experience selling retail products in the trailer parts industry or related industry.
Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
Essential autonomy, rigor and high attention to detail and work well done.
Problem solving skills and excellent customer service skills.
Anticipate and identify customer needs.
Must be reliable, responsible, have good judgment and a high sense of discretion.
Can work independently with little direct supervision.
