Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing daily freight brokerage activities, customer service, dispatching, and account management. This includes posting loads, securing carrier capacity, negotiating rates, and ensuring the efficient transport of goods. The Freight Broker will also build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers, providing top-notch service to meet their logistics needs.

• Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage skills
• Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Dispatching skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with load boards and logistics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field is beneficial
