Deliverables
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Instagram and TikTok
- Create, edit, and publish engaging video and animation content that aligns with brand messaging
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and compliance with health guidelines
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to pediatric health
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling social media accounts, particularly Instagram and TikTok, for health, wellness, or related sectors
- Advanced skills in video production, animation, and content creation for social platforms
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
- Familiarity with pediatric health, wellness, or medical content is highly desirable
- Availability for part-time, contract work with flexible hours
