Position Overview

At Thrive, a Service Deployment Analyst plays a key role in supporting our Deployment Engineers with client onboardings and projects focused on infrastructure, messaging, and cloud-based services. You'll assist with project implementation, migrations, upgrades, and documentation, as well as manage and maintain a build room at Thrive’s Ottawa office. We seek individuals with technical proficiency and a strong desire to learn from our team of seasoned engineers. As a Service Deployment Analyst, you'll collaborate with Deployment Engineers to achieve complex goals and objectives. Success in this role requires excellent documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with the deployment and enrollment of end-user devices into Thrive services
  • Maintain adherence to Deployment Engineering support criteria
  • Provide configuration support to deployment engineers
  • Manage and maintain a build room at Thrive’s Ottawa office
  • Facilitate the transition of completed projects to the support team, ensuring all necessary documentation for long-term maintenance is provided

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Mimecast, Veeam, and Windows Servers
  • General networking knowledge
  • Experience in troubleshooting, network configuration, and hardware issues
  • Availability to work 4 days a week at Thrive’s Ottawa office
  • 1-2 years of MSP experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
