Bridgepoint Maintenance is looking for a licensed and reliable Plumber to attend residential properties, complete plumbing assessments, diagnose plumbing issues, perform approved plumbing repairs, respond to emergency plumbing calls when required, and identify additional plumbing or property concerns that may require follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who is licensed, experienced, hands-on, professional, punctual, and able to work independently in the field.

The right person should be comfortable attending residential properties, using company systems, documenting work with photos and videos, communicating clearly, and completing plumbing work safely and within the proper licensed scope.

What You’ll Do

Attend residential properties for plumbing service calls, assessments, repairs, emergency calls, and follow-up appointments Respond to urgent or emergency plumbing issues when assigned or scheduled Inspect plumbing issues and determine the cause of the problem Complete approved plumbing repairs in a safe, professional, and code-compliant manner Diagnose leaks, clogs, drainage issues, fixture problems, water supply issues, and plumbing-related concerns Take clear photos and videos of the issue, work area, completed repair, and any concerns requiring follow-up Provide clear updates, notes, photos, videos, and details of completed work after each visit Use the company app, phone, calendar, and required systems to receive jobs, view appointment details, submit updates, upload photos/videos, and communicate status Respect the calendar, arrive on time, and keep appointments updated properly Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and internal team members Identify when additional plumbing work, another licensed trade, restoration, or follow-up service is required Create or recommend additional work orders for plumbing-related follow-up repairs Return to properties to complete approved follow-up plumbing work Follow company instructions, appointment details, access instructions, calendar bookings, and documentation requirements General Work May Include

Emergency plumbing calls Leak investigation and repair Faucet repair and replacement Toilet repair and replacement Sink repair and replacement Drain cleaning and minor blockage clearing Shower, tub, and bathroom plumbing repairs Kitchen plumbing repairs Supply line repairs and replacements Shut-off valve repairs and replacements Plumbing fixture installation Dishwasher and appliance water connection checks where applicable Laundry plumbing connection checks where applicable Water pressure concerns Drainage and backup assessments Rental turnover plumbing repairs Plumbing assessments for residential properties

Requirements

Valid plumbing license required Previous experience as a licensed plumber, plumbing contractor, service plumber, maintenance plumber, or similar role Strong knowledge of residential plumbing repairs and service work Available to handle emergency plumbing calls when required Reliable transportation Necessary plumbing tools and equipment available Comfortable attending residential properties independently iPhone 13 or equivalent smartphone with a high-quality camera Comfortable using a mobile app, phone, calendar, and online systems to receive jobs, update appointments, upload photos/videos, and submit notes Comfortable taking clear photos and videos of plumbing issues, repair concerns, and completed work Able to write clear notes and submit updates after each visit Punctual, reliable, and able to respect scheduled appointments and calendar bookings Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to communicate respectfully with tenants, owners, and team members Able to complete work safely, professionally, and within the scope of licensing and applicable requirements

Nice-to-Have

Experience with residential rental properties Experience handling emergency plumbing service calls Experience supporting property management, maintenance, or residential service operations Experience identifying when restoration, another licensed trade, or follow-up service is required Experience documenting service work through mobile apps, photos, videos, notes, and job updates

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed plumber who is reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently at residential properties.

They know how to diagnose plumbing issues, complete approved repairs properly, document the work clearly, and communicate respectfully with tenants, owners, and internal team members.

They are punctual, organized, and comfortable using mobile systems to receive jobs, update appointments, upload photos and videos, and submit notes after each visit.

They understand when a job is within their plumbing scope and when another licensed trade, restoration team, or internal follow-up is required.

Important Note

This role is for licensed plumbing work only. Any electrical, HVAC, gas, structural, restoration, or permit-required work outside the plumber’s scope must be reported and escalated so the appropriate licensed trade or internal team can follow up.
