8+ years of hands-on Mainframe development experience. Proven experience leading technical teams and successfully delivering large- scale Mainframe projects. Strong experience in Mainframe application assessment, modernization, and transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience executing complex database migration and data conversion projects. Experience in system integration, testing, and production implementation. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models.
Classification
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Mainframe modernization initiatives involving legacy modernization programs Experience in Insurance Domains.
