Title: Information Technology - IT Systems Analyst Location: Montreal, QC 1 year Client call notes: Production support for Asset Finance & Securitization (AFS) applications. Provide application/technical support and act as the SME for supported applications. Experience with incident, problem, and change management, disaster recovery, and application deployments. Collaborate with technical teams and provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis. 5+ years of production support experience required. Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux, SQL, and Dynatrace, shell scripting, schedulers, AutoSys in-person interview. REQUIREMENTS TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines Good understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization, Special Purpose Fund/CLO, Residential Mortgage-backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities and Asset-backed Securities business lines. Must have at least one of Shell/Perl/Batch/Python scripting skills Well versed with incident/problem/change management process Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good documentation skills – advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint Good understanding of Java J2EE applications Good to have infrastructure, MQ, WebSphere, Tomcat knowledge Good to have ITIL foundation knowledge/certification Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows servers.
