Position Overview
1Click Energy Solutions is looking for a skilled and safety-focused HVAC Technician to join our growing team in St. John's, Newfoundland. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heat-pump based heating and cooling systems in residential settings, while ensuring compliance with provincial safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and perform installation and service of heat pump-based heating and cooling equipment Diagnose system issues, test components, and perform corrective actions Ensure all work complies with Safety NL, provincial codes, and industry standards Provide exceptional customer service and build strong Connections with homeowners through clear, respectful communication Foster a culture of Education, growth, and continuous learning Demonstrate Leadership by helping shape the direction of 1Click NL and contributing to building a strong, high-performing team
Qualifications & Requirements
Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic License or Gas Fitter Certification Experience in residential HVAC service and installation A people-first mindset — 1Click is looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with homeowners and delivering exceptional customer experience A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
