What You'll Do: Educating customers on TELUS products and services by clearly explaining features, benefits, and promotions. Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community about available services and upcoming offers. Handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information. Actively listening to customer needs and offering clear, helpful answers to their questions. Delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Working collaboratively with a supportive and passionate team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. What Makes You a Great Fit: A genuine passion for sales and a natural interest in engaging with people. Strong phone etiquette with clear, confident, and professional communication. An empathetic and caring approach to understanding and supporting customer needs. A solid work ethic with the drive to meet goals and deliver consistent results. Excellent ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively. Additional Requirements: Bilingual in French/Spanish/Korean and English (mandatory) Ability to work full-time: Monday to Friday: 7:50 AM – 3:50 PM OR 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (up to twice per month) Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center is preferred but not required.
