Key Responsibilities
Project support
*Work with internal Business Analyst (BA) and project members to identify business issues, problems and/or enhancements and provide highly innovative and creative solutions that achieve quality and process improvements with available hardware, software, databases and peripherals.
*Complete necessary configuration on SAP environments.
*Work closely with the development team translating business requirements into development requirements
*Support unit testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results
*Adhere to existing processes/standards including the system development life cycle and project management methodology, architecture and escalate issues if necessary.
*Contribute to the development of project plans by participating in the scoping and estimating of proposed projects.
*Communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to the Project manager or Application manager.
Production Support
*Work with internal BA's and business users to identify and resolve system issues impacting business operations including updating of any required system configuration or changes.
*Work with development teams on identifying root cause of application bugs and resolving them in a timely manner.
*Support unit and QA testing in identifying test cases and test data for system bugs and enhancements
*Adhere to existing change management processes and standards to support system development life cycle.
*Contribute innovative, best practice and creative solutions to enhance and optimize current application systems,
*Provide on call system for critical system issues outside of regular business hours.
Functional Area Leadership:
*Document inventory of configuration and enhancements in a functional area
*Work with other Functional leads to understand cross functional solutions and impact on Projects and support
Profile
5+ years as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on Treasury, Deposits Management, and/or CML. The ideal candidate will have in-depth financial services industry knowledge, and general business processes. The ideal candidate has excellent self-skills working with business users, coordinating with developers and BAs. They have a willingness to learn within SAP.

This individual will be responsible for requirements planning and management, analyzing and validate requirements for new or existing process, policies, and information systems. Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals on time and within budget.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years' experience in the financial industry is required, preferably mortgages management.
* 2+ year experience in SAP CML, Treasury, FICO or Deposits Management.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP configuration, standards and system structure.
* Experience with internal and external integrations an asset.
* 5+ years' experience with SAP projects.
* 5+ years' experience as a functional lead in SAP projects.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing easy integration with other functional consultants and team members.
