About the Role

We are hiring for a *Chiropractic Assistant. * In this position, you will support the office in running smoothly, both on the front and back end. This position will support daily office operations like scheduling, payment processing, file prep, etc as well as assisting the chiropractors in certain aspects of the patient intake and care experience. Our ideal team members are _excited to create exceptional practice member experiences _from their first phone call to their first adjustment and into wellness care.

Details:

• 12-18 hours per week typically working 2 afternoon shifts (~2:15 - 7:15) and some mornings (~8:15-12:45) as well as 1-2 Saturday mornings per month. *(Training shifts will vary for the first 6 weeks)
• Starting wage: $17-$22/hour based on experience (reviewed annually) plus opportunities for bonuses based on performance, KPI?s, and team goals.

Requirements:

• You feel excited to support bringing excellence in natural health to our community.
• You have good computer literacy (typing over >50WPM, confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets).
• You have parenting, customer service, event coordination, management, serving, childcare, marketing, or administrative experience.
• You work well in a sometimes loud, chaotic, kid-filled space (we let kids be kids!).
• You are inherently driven to seek growth both personally and professionally.
• You are an excellent communicator & are not afraid to ask for clarity or help when needed.
• You are adaptable and willing to jump into different types of work within the practice - meeting the needs as they arise.
• You are detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multitask.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
