Sales & Commercial Coordinator

Purpose:

The Sales & Commercial Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of sales activity across both properties. The role enables commercial outcomes by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment between Sales, Revenue, Reservations, and Operations, while providing a clear development pathway toward future commercial leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Coordination & Execution:

• Coordinate group and corporate business from enquiry through on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Prepare contracts from approved templates and support the Sales Manager with contract administration.
• Create and manage group blocks, rooming lists, and traces within the PMS.
• Track group pickup, pace, and key milestones, escalating risks and opportunities to the Sales Manager.

Reporting & Administration:

• Support in Prepare regular commercial reports, including group pickup, production summaries, and post-event reporting.
• Maintain accurate sales files, systems, and documentation.
• Support administrative processing.

Cross-Functional Liaison:

• Act as the key link between Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Operations, and F&B.
• Support banquet and catering coordination where required, particularly during peak group periods.
• Provide limited reservations support during periods of high demand.

Client & On-Site Support:

• Support site inspections, familiarization visits, and group arrivals as required.
• Assist with on-site coordination to ensure smooth group execution and positive guest experience.
