Job Summary The Welding Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the welding program for nuclear construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable nuclear codes, regulatory requirements, project specifications, and quality assurance standards. The role oversees welding engineering, procedure qualification, welder qualification, production welding, quality control, subcontractor performance, and documentation throughout all phases of construction. The position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of safety-related systems by ensuring that all welding activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and nuclear quality requirements.
