About the role
Responsabilités principales :
- Assurer la saisie précise des données dans le CDE et le traitement des fiches de vérification.
- Assister les représentants commerciaux externes dans la prise de rendez-vous et autres tâches.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers de contrats.
- Répondre aux appels et questions des clients de manière professionnelle et rapide.
- Aider les représentants commerciaux externes à préparer les devis.
- Traiter toutes les demandes entrantes de nouveaux services et de modifications de services.
- Réaliser les projets nécessaires.
- Apporter un soutien au responsable des ventes, au besoin.
- Se conformer en tous points aux lois, règlements, ordonnances et autres directives applicables, ainsi qu'à toutes les politiques, procédures et directives de l'entreprise et de la hiérarchie.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche demandée par la direction.
Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes :
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
- Un à trois ans d'expérience dans la vente et/ou le service à la clientèle.
- La connaissance du système JD Edwards est un atout.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Rigueur et souci du détail.
- Capacité à créer des feuilles de calcul Excel, à y saisir et à suivre des informations.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
Conditions de travail :
- Travail en bureau à 95 % du temps.
- Télétravail permis (2 jours par semaine), suite à la période de formation.
