Le/la superviseur(e) de l’administration est responsable de fournir une supervision administrative pour les terminaux de Drummondville, Québec et Longueuil. L’objectif principal est de veiller au respect des processus administratifs et d’apporter les changements nécessaires pour améliorer les opérations.
Comment vous contribuerez

Veiller à ce que l’équipe administrative exécute les tâches quotidiennes de manière efficace et précise.

Déléguer les responsabilités et établir les priorités pour le personnel administratif.

Diriger, motiver et évaluer le rendement du personnel administratif, y compris la formation et la réalisation des évaluations de performance.
-
Favoriser un environnement de travail positif, en assurant la collaboration et le soutien au sein de l’équipe.
-
Agir comme personne-ressource entre la direction et les autres départements afin d’assurer une communication fluide et des opérations efficaces.
-
Organiser et gérer les communications internes et externes, telles que les courriels et Salesforce.
-
Identifier les inefficacités ou les défis dans les processus administratifs et travailler à leur amélioration.
-
Résoudre les conflits ou problèmes au sein de l’équipe administrative ou entre les départements en trouvant rapidement des solutions efficaces.
-
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, au besoin.
Vos compétences et votre expérience
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires, de préférence en administration des affaires ou en administration de bureau.
- Une combinaison pertinente de formation et d’expérience pourra également être considérée.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en administration, de préférence dans le secteur du transport.
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion ou supervision.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, incluant la capacité de motiver une équipe dans un environnement à forte pression et axé sur les échéances.
- Solides compétences en communication, principalement à l’oral, avec certaines aptitudes à l’écrit.
- Compétences informatiques : précision en saisie de données; excellente maîtrise des produits MS Office et des programmes web; la connaissance et/ou l’expérience avec AS400, TruckMate et Salesforce constitue un atout important.
- Solides compétences en résolution de conflits.
- Capacité à respecter des échéances dans un environnement à volume transactionnel élevé.
- Capacité à défendre les besoins de l’entreprise de manière collaborative auprès des collègues.
- Axé(e) sur les résultats.
- Le bilinguisme anglais-français est requis.

Administrative Supervisor

The Administration Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative oversight for the Drummondville, Quebec City and Longueil terminals. The primary goal is to ensure the administrative process is adhered to and making changes to benefit the operations as necessary.
How You'll Help:

Ensure that the administrative team is performing daily tasks efficiently and accurately.

Delegate responsibilities and set priorities for administrative staff.
-
Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of administrative staff, including training, and conducting performance reviews.
-
Foster a positive work environment, ensuring team collaboration and support.
-
Act as a liaison between management and other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient in operations.
-
Organize and manage internal and external communications, such as emails, Salesforce
-
Identify areas of inefficiency or challenges within the administrative processes and work to improve.
-
Resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the administrative team or across departments, finding effective solutions promptly.
-
Other related duties as may be required
Your Skills & Experience:
-
Post secondary education, preferably in business or office administration
-
A suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.
-
3-5 years experience in administration preferably in the transportation industry
-
1-3 years of leadership/supervisory experience
-
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate a team in a high pressure, deadline driving environment
-
Strong communication skills, most verbal; some written
-
Computer skills – data entry accuracy; strong knowledge of MS Office products and web-based programs; knowledge and/or experience with AS400, Truck Mate and Sales Force a strong asset.

Strong conflict resolution skills

Able to work deadlines in high transactional environment
-
Ability to champion business needs in a collaborative manner to colleagues

Results focused

Bilingualism in English and French is required
