The opportunity:

The Account Management Contract Specialist is a tactical, detail-oriented professional responsible for executing customer contracts for renewals, cross-sells, and expansions. This role owns the deal process from initiation to close, coordinating internal approvals and ensuring timely execution. Acting as the operational anchor for the Account Management and Customer Success teams, the Senior Contract & Renewals Specialist brings in the AM or CSM when strategic input is needed, while driving the contracting process forward. They ensure Salesforce pipeline accuracy, manage deal documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and close deals efficiently. They manage the customer negotiation once the Account Manager and CSM have alignment from the customer and ensure the execution of contracts in a deal

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of customer of contracts for renewals, expansions, and cross-sells
  • Coordinate internal approvals for pricing, legal, finance, and non-standard terms with the deal desk team
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy and ensure timely updates to deal stages and documentation
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers when strategic input or customer engagement is required
  • Track and report on contract status, renewal timelines, and deal progress
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Prepare and manage pricing documentation and contract packages for customer delivery
  • Support the AM and CSM in presentation creation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams during deal execution

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years experience in deal desk, contract management, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and contract lifecycle management tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive deals to closure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Experience coordinating internal approvals and managing deal documentation
  • Self-starter who thrives in a process-driven, ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
